Accounts are created by Visas2. There is no public sign-up.

How it works
Visas2 manages the application; you follow its progress.
1. Visas2 sets up your account
We create your company account and send each authorised colleague their own secure invitation link to set a password.
2. Applications are logged and tracked
Every applicant, application type, destination and reference is recorded, along with the date each stage is reached.
3. You follow progress and updates
Sign in at any time to see the current stage, expected completion or decision date, and written updates from our team.

Security and access
VisaTrack is designed so that each organisation only ever sees its own information.
- Access is by administrator invitation only — there is no public registration.
- Each user sets their own password; Visas2 staff never see it.
- Your account only returns records belonging to your own company.
- Internal working notes kept by Visas2 staff are never shown to clients.
- Access can be withdrawn by Visas2 at any time at your request.
Support
Your usual Visas2 contact manages your account, adds applicants and answers questions about any application. If you need access for another colleague, or a colleague has left, ask your contact and we will arrange it.
